AccorHotels Australia came to us looking for a solution for their sales and marketing portal. They required a scaleable, closed platform that allowed multiple areas of the business to update information. It had to be secure and hold dense information while being accessible and visually stimulating.
We also needed to create multiple secure entry points for a large number of contributors.
The complexity of the navigation was made more approachable by utilising a visual system to create more engaging and less dense cues that lead users to their end goal quickly. The information contained within the site was functionally specific, so we coupled it with vibrant images of the client’s best hotels which gave life to otherwise very dry data.
The development of the site was challenging, and working on a custom build meant we had to create a back end that was intuitive to a wide range of users across the business.
