The challenge

Google had set an embargo on search terms relating to COVID-19. Navigating this required extensive research and flexible thinking. SEM content was also needed to place Infoclean organically at the top of searches for Coronavirus cleaning services.

The solution

To achieve market awareness, we conducted a Google Ads campaign using keywords peripheral to coronavirus and tied them to Infoclean’s new services.

We created content, posted as blogs, to boost site SEO and further sell the brand. We coupled this with social media posts, to help keep Infoclean front of mind and ensure the community kept up to date with information on how they could protect themselves from the virus.

We also updated Infoclean’s website, adjusting the homepage to better direct Infoclean’s old and new clients to Infoclean’s new offerings.

The result

Our Google Ads campaign for Infoclean reached over 250,000 people in a 3 week period, with an ad spend of ~$20 per day. This was huge exposure for Infoclean.

In fact, demand was so big we had to create a dedicated contact form for coronavirus enquiries, to help manage the large volume of calls and emails being received.

Infoclean had done the hard work in ensuring their services best protected their clients. We were tasked with communicating this to clients, new and old. Infoclean promises safety for employees, employers and families through this pandemic. We made sure they were heard.
