lcdc.co is looking for a mid/senior graphic designer to join our small team at our studio in Darlinghurst.
We’re looking for someone who loves to work both collaboratively and independently across a broad range of clients.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in graphic design and a portfolio that demonstrates visually striking and technically precise projects.
Skills and experience
- Qualification in graphic design, with at least 5 years’ experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong graphic design skills and an ability to create from the ground up, or follow existing style guides
- Able to multitask across a broad range of clients and design parameters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate with clients and steer them through a project
- Able to take feedback onboard and work collaboratively, with brilliant attention to detail
- Epic organisational skills, and an ability to work quickly in a busy studio environment
- Comfortable and confident in speaking up and offering opinions, but with the emotional intelligence to know when an opinion is most valued
- Optional but advantageous: experience with new media (including 3D, AI etc.), the web, WordPress, Elementor, eDM development, video editing, and some copywriting ability.
- We’re especially keen on candidates who are continuously learning and experimenting with new technologies
